Galambos has held several leadership roles at Exelon. Prior to her current role, Galambos was the chief customer officer and senior vice president of customer operations at BGE, where she was responsible for overseeing the processes, systems and planning that support internal and external customer interfaces, including BGE's customer contact centers, billing, accounts receivable and related services, service quality investigations, field and meter services, customer compliance and claims and energy assistance. She also served as vice president of utility oversight within the company’s former Exelon Utilities organization, and as vice president of human resources at BGE. Galambos has also worked in Exelon's legal department as an associate general counsel for labor and employment.
Prior to joining Exelon, Galambos was of-counsel at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C., specializing in labor and employment law, and a litigation attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
Galambos is active in the Baltimore community, serving on the boards of the Hippodrome Foundation and Arts for Learning, Maryland.
Galambos is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and received her bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
