Exelon’s DEI Honor Roll recognizes and celebrates business partners that lead the way toward a more inclusive business world
Exelon highlights its business partners that are advancing DEI with its annual Honor Roll.
Exelon and our six local energy companies are proud to continue our longstanding work in creating equity for our employees and the diverse communities we serve. Through our annual DEI Honor Roll, we recognize companies who are working toward similar goals.

Below is a list of the 23 Exelon DEI Honor Roll honorees.

“We’re honored to be included for the 14th consecutive year on Exelon’s DEI Honor Roll and we look forward to continuing to work together to help build an inclusive economy,” said J.P. Morgan Global Head of DEI and Vice Chair, Commercial Banking, Thelma Ferguson.
Exelon is making a cash contribution on behalf of this year’s Honor Roll firms to four non-profit organizations, including Cara Collective, Project Home, Covenant House, and Living Classrooms, that are working to make a difference. These organizations specifically work to develop employment pathways, break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, provide a safe harbor for young people, and empower and educate individuals of all ages.
Serving as the nation’s largest utility company, we believe our workforce, leadership, recruiting activities, supplier base, philanthropic efforts and partners should reflect the diversity of our customers and communities.
