Exelon Brings Together National Accounts to Strengthen the Grid and Drive Growth
In October, Exelon hosted its National Account Summit, bringing together some of the largest commercial customers that we serve from across the country. These organizations depend on the grid to power their operations and serve their own customers across multiple states.
The Summit provided an opportunity to collaborate on shared challenges and explore solutions that will strengthen reliability and accelerate innovation.
“Our customers and the grid face the same energy and operational pressures – rising costs and the need for reliable power,” said Parag Soni, Global Head of Utility Strategy and Engagement at Prologis. “By working with strategic partners like Exelon, we can deploy distributed energy resources faster and strengthen both.”
Large customers, including data centers and other high-load facilities, play a critical role in local economies. Exelon is committed to understanding their unique needs while ensuring a consistent experience across our operating companies. At the same time, our size and scale allow us to lead in this space – aligning processes and resources to support customers' speed to market, which is imperative as they become increasingly reliant on the grid today and in the future.
At Exelon, operational excellence and top-tier customer service are at the core of what we do. By partnering with our largest customers, we’re building a stronger, more resilient grid that benefits everyone.
