Convert to a high-efficiency natural gas system and you may be eligible for rebates from PECO and discounts through an Electrical Association of Philadelphia (EAP) Natural Gas Conversion Contractor. You do not have to use an EAP contractor to receive the PECO rebate, but you do have to use one to receive the EAP Natural Gas Conversion Contractor discount.
