Net Metering and Interconnection Information

Customers interested in connecting small generator facilities to the PECO transmission or distribution system must follow several procedures and meet certain requirements.

The Gray Book and Yellow Book have been superseded by the new interconnection guidelines for small generators, 20MVA or less:

• Exelon Energy Delivery Interconnection Guidelines for Generators 2 MVA or less
• Exelon Energy Delivery Interconnection Guidelines greater than 2 MVA but less than or equal to 20 MVA

Inquiries regarding net metering/interconnection installations should be directed to PECO by either mail, phone or email.

Requests by mail should be submitted to the appropriate PECO service location in the area service is required.
