Existing Office & Industrial Buildings - PECO's economic development team uses a proprietary database to identify commercial and industrial real estate available for sale or lease in Southeastern Pennsylvania. It enables us to identify both free standing buildings and multi-tenant facilities based on your specifications. Land Available for Development - PECO maintains a database of sites available for sale, lease or build-to-suit projects that you can access anytime. Demographic Reports - In addition to property information, PECO can provide site specific demographic data, including population estimates detailing age, race, ethnic origin and household income, as well as housing values in the vicinity of sites and buildings under consideration.
Site Visits - PECO's economic development team can arrange site visits. We do not serve in a real estate sales or leasing capacity, but we are glad to coordinate and provide tours and introduce you to the appropriate listing agents.
