What's New at New Business?
NAME CHANGE PECO's "Contractor and Builder Services" has changed its name to "New Business Services". Make no mistake! PECO's Contractor and Builder Services department has been in place for 10 years, and the department is not changing. The name is changing to be consistent with the other Exelon departments that handle New Business and Customer requests. The existing phone numbers, faxes, and building locations are not changing. More important, the contacts you have developed during the last decade at PECO will remain the same.
NEW BUSINESS Definitions have been added to help you understand the terminology of our business.
APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICE is now available on line, as a PDF file. Please refer to the Service Information Resources page.
CONSTRUCTION COST AND SCHEDULING information is now available on the New Business web site. This information will help you understand PECO's construction cost charging policies and variables that effect scheduling your electric and gas service construction.
Off Peak Service (OP Rate) No Longer Available to New Customers - Effective January 1, 2004, Applications for New Off Peak Service are no longer being accepted. Call New Business Services for further details at 1-800-454-4100.
