Residential Rate Stabilization Program
The enrollment for the Residential Rate Stabilization Program ended on August 22, 2007.
Important Message - How to Terminate Your Enrollment in the Rate Stabilization Program: If you want to terminate your enrollment in the Rate Stabilization Program, you must complete, sign and return the Rate Stabilization Termination Form to ComEd. This termination form is also available in Spanish. Note: We will not accept on-line termination forms.
