Residential Design Team
With a phone call to ComEd's 1-866-NEW-ELEC (1-866-639-3532), your request for residential subdivisions (5 lots or more outside the City of Chicago) will be routed to our residential design team.
You can also submit a Subdivision Service Application !new on line through your e-mail account to a New Business representative who will then contact you.
To initiate service, the following information is required:
- Set of preliminary plans
- Contact name, mailing address, phone, fax and e-mail
- Number of lots, total number of units/buidlings
- Type of units (custom, townhome, tract, condo, apartment or other)
- Street lights requirements (Municipal or ComEd)
