ComEd has direct access to an extensive database of currently available commercial and industrial buildings in the Chicago metropolitan area as well as listings for vacant land throughout our Northern Illinois service territory. We can also help facilitate a site or building search through our working relationships with our economic development partners at regional organizations or with individual municipalities.
