A collection arrangement may be granted to you if you are unable to pay the total open balance by the due date.
This is available to all residential and commercial customers who have a good credit history established.
The collection arrangement is totally at the discretion of ComEd. You should understand that this arrangement does not prevent the assessment of a late payment charge, where applicable.
If we agree to grant a collection arrangement, we will need to verify your social security number or taxpayer identification number at the time the collection arrangement is processed.
