    We're not waiting.


Electricity production accounts for 40% of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, so our industry has a leading role to play in charting a responsible course to a low-carbon future.  We are making tangible progress in meeting our 2020 goal – Exelon’s emissions are now 35% lower than they were in 2001 per the U.S. EPA.
