Senior Analysts are expected to perform, document, and assist in planning work activities such as: analyzing requirements; designing, building, and testing processes; or enhancing, maintaining and supporting existing products and processes.  They maintain engagement and relationships with IT clients in the business.  They also assist less experienced personnel and apply and verify compliance to standards.

Sergio Bertolini - Senior Analyst

Lead Analysts perform, manage and appropriately documents work activities relating to small projects, sub-projects or processes.  For project work, they apply project management rigor, plan, design, build, and deliver products to specified functionality.  For operations/ application maintenance work, they manage their work according to defined service level agreements.  They maintain and enhance engagement and relationships with IT clients in the business and establish and monitor adherence to standards. Lead Analysts are responsible for establishing a positive teaming environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel and providing: performance evaluations; career development feedback; and recognition, as required.

I have been very fortunate, over my years at Exelon, to be given many opportunities to work with different groups and be part of many corporate initiatives.  These experiences have increased my knowledge of how the corporation works and my appreciation of the importance of working as a team.  In my role as a Lead Analyst in IT, I am able to work with people in various areas, both within and outside of IT.  This has allowed me to strengthen old relationships and make new ones.  But what I appreciate most in my present position in IT, is the opportunity to work with a group of dedicated and professional individuals who take pride in what they do and are determined to satisfy all their clients' needs.
