HEALTH...Exelon offers several medical options -- you choose the one that works best for you. Choose from options including HMOs (Health Maintenance Organization) coverage or elect a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization). If you have coverage available from another source, you may be able to "opt-out" of medical coverage and receive a biweekly credit...Choices for your dental care include dental HMOs (Dental Health Maintenance Organizations) and dental PPOs...Exelon also offers vision and hearing coverage.
LIFE INSURANCE & DISABILITY COVERAGE... Exelon provides life insurance coverage and accidental death and dismemberment. You may also have the option to purchase supplemental insurance coverage for you, your spouse and/or your children. Short-term and long-term disability coverage help protect your income if you are unable to work.
RETIREMENT... Employees can contribute to the Employee Savings Plan (401(k)) and receive a Company match and are eligible for participation in the Stock Purchase Plan. You are also eligible to participate in a pension plan upon hire. Health care and other spending accounts are available to help employees pay for qualified health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. Plan carefully and you can save big money!
