All electric services provided are measured through two separate meter - one for heat and air conditioning, another for general services.
For those customers with electric heating/ air conditioning measured separately. Heating is measured on a second meter during winter. Heating services are billed at a fixed rate during winter. During summer all electric services are billed on this second meter (June 1 - September 30).
