An alarming number of veterans in Central Pennsylvania go hungry each day. Three Mile Island spent a day at the Central Penn Food Bank to ensure many of those bellies are fed. More than 15 volunteers spent nearly eight hours stuffing boxes full of food for a regional veterans' program.
Plant Manager Joe Dullinger led the group, which had some fun at the warehouse as well. When the day ended, TMI packed more than 100 boxes for local veterans.

On a beautiful May morning, TMI's best and brightest security officers took to the paintball range to face TMI's North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) group of young professionals. It was a battle of wits and a fun way to raise hundreds of dollars for Pink Hands of Hope, a local charity helping women fight breast cancer.
It's unclear if there was a winner between the two sides as each were splattered with paint. But, the true victory is helping our neighbors in their most time of need.
