Members of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station's chapter of North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) recently organized and hosted a group of students from Morrisville State College as part of the station's outreach efforts. The students and their professor visited during the Unit 2 refueling and maintenance outage to get a special glimpse into the work that goes on during this period.
Tours are a great way for us to engage members of the public in understanding nuclear power as well as the benefits it provides.
