FitzPatrick OLE Lunch a Success

OLÉ (Organization of Latinos  at Exelon) is an employee resource group that is a part of our strategic diversity and inclusion business goals. Recently the FitzPatrick chapter held an informational Fajita bar lunch and kick-off event.

Similar to Women In Nuclear and North American Young Generation in Nuclear, OLÉ is focused on community engagement, fostering employee career development and networking. OLÉ is not exclusive to only Latinos but promotes and aims to exemplify an inclusive workforce and work environment. All are welcome to join!
