Calvert's Women in Nuclear(WIN) Chapter put together an extremely successful, first ever, Bring Your Child to Work Day. The children began their day having pictures taken for their "Nuclear Camp" badges before a kick-off from WIN Chapter Sponsor and Calvert Business Operations Manager, Gwynn Cripps and Site Vice President, Mark Flaherty.
Children were split in to age similar groups and transitioned through different activities including a mousetrap reactor, Pepper the robot, drone flying in the security atrium, Scales and Tales, a live simulator demonstration, and much more!
Not only were the children enjoying themselves throughout their fun-filled day, parents and volunteers could all be seen with big smiles, enjoying all of the activities.
