Exelon Generation was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Meeting recently held in Oswego. The event was attended by approximately 200 Oswego County business and community leaders as well as several elected officials.
Sponsorship of, and engagement in, community events such as this is an important part of being a good community partner. We receive tremendous support from the broader Oswego County community and we are pleased to continue to be a part of the local business community.
Attending the meeting for Exelon were representatives from both of our Oswego County nuclear facilities - James A FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station. Employees involved in the sites' Women in Nuclear (WIN), North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) and Emerging Leaders organizations participated in the event to provide them with exposure to community organizations and Exelon's outreach activities.
