Emerging Leaders Program Supports Operation Restoration

Erie Student Project.jpg

For the past year or so, the Exelon Generation Quad Cities Station Outage Manager Randy Earley and our station's Emerging Leaders program have supported and mentored the Camanche High School's honors students community project called "Operation Restoration."

It was a joint effort between Quad Cities Station Emerging Leaders and the students, who were learning to run a project from a business perspective while giving back to the community. Operation Restoration focused on restoring a local baseball and softball field that were in need of repair, with the focus being that the project is driven by the students with the Emerging Leaders as mentors. Restoration of the fields is now complete.
