Energize your career at Exelon!</font> <br><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial">Exelon Generation is seeking a Senior Tag Out Planner at our Braidwood Nuclear Station in Braceville, IL (65 miles SW of Chicago, IL)</font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial">PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION <br>Operations Services Tag - Out planner provides work planning and coordination of plant activities to ensure proper equipment status control by assisting with the planning, coordinating, communications, and recovery of plant equipment associated with maintenance, testing, and modification activities. <br><br> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br>- Support the work control process with Clearances <br>- Coordinate required resources, including the identification of manpower requirements, for Operations Section related activities <br>- Develop plans for timely execution of work windows addressing Limiting Condition for Operations (LCOs) <br>- Support a high degree of equipment availability through coordination of testing and maintenance of equipment. <br>- Brief the Shift Teams for planned equipment outages. <br>- Assess schedule impact for plant safety and ensure conservative actions are taken and contingencies are addressed. <br>- Perform assessment of planned activity risk. <br>- Maintain a valid NRC senior reactor operator license as applicable. <br><br>POSITION SPECIFICATIONS <br>Minimum: <br>- Current NRC SRO license or SRO Certification, or Previous SRO <br>or <br>- Four (4) years prior experience as a Tag - Out Planner <br>- BS in Technical discipline with 6 years applicable experience <br>or <br>- High School Diploma with 10 years directly applicable experience with 5 years exempt position experience <br>or <br>- Associates Degree with 8 years directly applicable with 4 years exempt position experience<br></font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial">NOTE: Candidates hired for this position could be considered for the upcoming Initial License Trainee class (SRO training) if criteria below is met.  </font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></div><br><div><font size="3" face="Arial">ILT Trainee requirements: </font></div><br><div><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial"><br>Minimum: <br>-HS Diploma or equivalent</font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial">-Recommended on both POSS and BMST employment tests</font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial">-Positive FLS Assessment</font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial"> </font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial"><u>AND one of the following:</u><br>1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable <b>PWR</b> facility or 1. 5 years at a <b>BWR</b> facility for PWR <br>OR <br>2 years position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor) Must have 24 months qualified and does not count the watch qualification process.  <br>OR <br>BS or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 18 <a>months</a> qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry or training at current or comparable (PWR) facility.   Managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor experience at non-comparable plant may be credited on a 1. 5:1. 0 basis (i. e. over 27 months required for non-comparable facility)</font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font size="3" face="Arial">IND-1</font></p><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;MARGIN-TOP:0px;LINE-HEIGHT:normal;"><font face=""arial",sans-serif"> </font></p></div><br><div><font face=""arial",sans-serif"><br></font></div><br><div><br></div><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"></p>
