Manage complex tort litigation and related legal claims</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Evaluate legal and business risks, and advise business clients</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Partner with outside counsel and manage legal matter budgeting and staffing<br>  <br>2. Manage other types of litigation and legal claims as necessary<br>   <br>3. Special projects<br>  <br>POSITION SPECIFICATIONS <br> <br>Minimum:  <br> <br>-  JD or LLB from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Illinois  <br>-  At least 5-8 years of tort litigation experience   <br>-  Strong familiarity with Illinois law  <br>-  Significant experience with Illinois state courts and alternative dispute resolution   <br>-  Excellent organizational, analytical, research and writing skills<br><br></p>
