Kristina Jenkins

Sr. Business Development Manager, Constellation

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from The George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University.

I came to the company in 2008 and worked at BGE as an Electric Supply analyst. I was in that role for 3.5 years and it was a great introduction to the energy industry. I wanted to be part of sales, so I set up meetings with sales managers and learned everything I could in my free time. I was hired as an account manager. After I won a Key Contributor award I was promoted to BDM role. After my first full year I received a top performer award, and after my 2nd full year (2014) I received another.

In 2014, I took on role of Constellation Ambassador to facilitate college recruiting. In 2015, I was promoted to Sr. BDM and was selected for the Emerging Leaders program. I love football (Go Ravens!), travelling, food, fashion and my doggie Jersey (a Pomeranian).
