The Code is a guide to identifying and complying with applicable laws and regulation, and to acting in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Exelon’s Ethics and Compliance Office administers the Code and provides training, advice and an Ethics Office Resource Line (1-800-23-ETHIC) through which callers may, anonymously if they wish, report concerns or seek guidance. Numerous other reporting options are also provided.
