Danielle Kolosh knows a thing or two about multi-tasking. Before joining Exelon, she served as the executive secretary for the president of an industrial materials manufacturer and the shipping manager of the warehouse.

Exelon's 6 million customers are a diverse and dynamic group - and so are our customer service representatives.

Now Kolosh uses her diverse skills in a challenging new role as a ComEd customer service representative. “The best part of my job is multi-tasking in order to assist our customers,” she says. “You never know what issue the next caller might raise, and often the caller doesn’t either. I work with each customer to identify his or her specific needs, communicate the issue clearly and solve any problems that arise.”

At Exelon, such initiative is noticed and rewarded. Because of her strong performance, Kolosh has already been upgraded to receive supervisor calls.

  • 2 years of call-center customer service experience preferred
  • Pass our customer service pre-employment exams
  • Drug & alcohol testing and background investigation
  • Bilingual Polish and Spanish candidates are preferred.
