A little bit about Charlice

  • Tell us about yourself.
    I graduated from John Bartram High School and attended LaSalle College for computer training. I also had on the job training at a medical facility. I am very active in my church and I love spending time with my family - they mean the world to me. I have a passion for cooking and I love preparing meals for my family.
  • Tell us about your job at Exelon
    I am a Customer Care Consultant at PECO. I’m tasked with providing world class customer service, building strong customer satisfaction and loyalty, provide effective and timely resolutions on a range of customer inquiries, and strive towards one call resolution for all of our customer issues.
  • What made you want to work for Exelon?
    I have worked in customer service for over 25 years, so when the opportunity became available with PECO, I was very excited to become a team member of such an important company.
  • What do you like most about working for Exelon?
    I enjoy my co-workers and the team environment here in the Customer Care department. My team and I have become very fond of each other - which makes working together all the more enjoyable. My co-workers and I are like one big family, showing concern and respect for each other.
  • What activities do you participate in outside of work?
    I enjoy working on the multitude of ministries at my church, including the culinary, pastor concerns and hospitality ministry. I especially enjoy serving my community through our culinary ministry and feeding the community each Sunday at my church.
