Sign up to pay your PECO bill online. Some of the advantages of e-Bill include the ability to see your bill online, view your bill history, and track your finances. You can pay online from your personal checking account with just a click of your mouse.

Budgeting is easier when you can plan your monthly expenses. Pay the same amount every month with PECO's Budget Billing plan.
Credit Card/Debit Card/Electronic Check
PECO has partnered with PhoneCharge Inc. (now a CheckFree company) to offer you the convenience of online bill payment using your MasterCard, VISA or Discover credit/debit card or electronic check. To pay by phone, simply call the toll-free number at (877) 432-9384 or pay online.
Note: A $3.50 PhoneCharge convenience fee applies to each credit/debit card and electronic check payment. There is a maximum bill payment for each credit card transaction.
Automatic Bill Payment (Power Pay)
With Power Pay, we'll automatically debit your checking or savings account for the amount shown due on your statement.
