Prepare for winter energy bills with Budget Billing (February 2006)
As the winter heating season arrives, most PECO customers will use more electricity and natural gas for lighting and heating. When your usage rises, so will your energy bills. PECO offers Budget Billing to shield you from seasonal variations in your bill.
With Budget Billing, you pay a prearranged amount each month based on your energy usage during the prior 12 months.
To keep the payment in line with your actual energy usage, we will adjust your Budget Billing payment every four months and apply a true-up credit or charge at the end of 12 months.
