We are customer service representatives, billing analysts, account managers, system designers, reliability engineers, work planners, linemen, energy technicians, troublemen, gas mechanics, community relations representatives and much more.

- Being available, courteous and knowledgeable when you need assistance so your issue can be resolved on the first call whenever possible;
