Call Back Feature

Customer Service adds a new feature – we’ll call you!
When you call PECO’s Customer Care Center, you’ll have the option to experience something new – have PECO call you when it’s your turn to talk to a customer service representative. Virtual Hold, our new telephone software system, is as easy as one, two, three.

1. leave your name and call back information;
2. hang up; and
3. answer the phone when it’s your turn to talk to the next representative.

This new feature dramatically reduces telephone wait time when you need to speak to a customer service representative.

Here’s how it works
You’ll receive the option to stay on the line or hang up and receive a return call in the same amount of time you would spend on hold. Before the completion of the call, you just need to provide your name and the telephone number for your return call. Then, using your recorded information, the service dials the number, asks for the person who left the message and connects them with the next available service representative.
