PECO Electric and Gas Construction Cost Guideline
Customers may be charged for construction by PECO for certain types of work under the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Tariff, including PECO facility relocations requested by a customer. Every job is unique with different variables regarding tariff rules, length of service, materials and man hours. Based on these factors, fixed pricing does not apply. Scheduling Guidelines
Scheduling PECO's workforce to construct your gas or electric service will depend on several variables. The scope of work associated with your project, complexity of estimating and design, need for right of way, construction permits, and the availability of materials are some of the important variables that will determine the necessary lead time for your service project.
