In addition, ComEd offers a number of tools to help customers manage their bills:
- Collection Arrangements (Reschedule your payment for up to an additional 21 days)
- Deferred Payment/Installment Payment plan (Pay a past due amount over time)
- Budget Billing payment plan (Avoid seasonal expenses: spread costs evenly over a 12 month period)
- Automatic Payment plan (Automatically transfer payments from your checking account each month when bill is due)
- Credit Card/Debit Card or Electronic Check (Pay instantly online or by phone with credit or debit card, or checking account)
- eBill (Online bill delivery and payment option)
- Extended Due Dates (For eligible residential customers)
