 Dave Wozniak Named Site Vice President For LaSalle County Generating Station 

 Dave Wozniak has been named site vice president at LaSalle County Generating Station, the company announced Monday. 

 

MARSEILLES, Ill. (Feb. 19, 2009) - Dave Wozniak has been named site vice president at LaSalle County Generating Station, the company announced Monday. Wozniak, a resident of Morris, will oversee all aspects of plant operations at LaSalle Station.

Dan Enright, of Ottawa, has been LaSalle’s site vice president since 2007. Enright will take on a new role as the site vice president of Byron Generating Station in Byron, Ill., which is also part of the Exelon Nuclear fleet.

Wozniak will team with Dave Rhoades, plant manager at LaSalle Station. Wozniak has nearly 30 years of experience in the nuclear power industry, including time spent at Exelon Nuclear’s Byron and Dresden Stations, and the corporate office in Warrenville, Ill. Most recently, Wozniak was the site vice president at Dresden Station in Morris, Ill.

Wozniak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.

“Dave’s extensive nuclear experience, particularly in operations, is an asset to the entire Exelon Nuclear organization. His knowledge and leadership will help continue the safe and reliable operation of LaSalle Station,” said Stephen Kuczynski, senior vice president of Midwest Operations for Exelon Nuclear. “I know that Dave will maintain a focus on continuous improvement at LaSalle Station as well as sustaining relationships with the local community.”
