​​The American Association of Blacks in Energy is holding the 40th National Conference in Washington, DC on March 21 - 24, 2017. This year's theme "Making Energy Work for US" will bring together energy industry experts, visionaries and corporate executives to lead discussions around emerging policies, technology advancements, innovative solutions and partnering opportunities designed to create a sustainable future.  For 40 years, the AABE conference has represented the best in class for industry knowledge, engagement and support of issues important to the industry professionals. This year promises to be even better.

Exelon executives William (Bill) Von Hoene, Senior Executive Vice President and David Velazquez, President and CEO, Pepco Holdings will be speaking on March 22nd, and Calvin Butler, CEO, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company and Donna Cooper, President, Pepco Region will be speaking on March 23rd.​
