Calvert Cliffs Book Drive Brings Smiles to the Children!

In honor of Giving Tuesday in November, Calvert Cliffs employees donated books to children at John’s Hopkins Children’s Center and Kennedy Krieger Institute. Thanks to Calvert Cliffs Administrative Coordinators Karen Nelson and Kara Gilbert who organized the book drive. The children and staff of John’s Hopkins Children’s Center Oncology Unit and Kennedy Krieger Institute Children’s Rehabilitation, Spinal and Brain injury units were left with smiles galore after a visit from our volunteers and the Foundation 4 Heroes group.

“We are so thankful to have had the pleasure of putting smiles on the faces of so many children,” Gilbert said.
