Please have the following information available:
- Full name
- Current/previous address
- Social Security Number (for verification purposes, you must provide your social security number. We are unable to process your request without the proper social security number.)
- Address, which you're requesting service for
- Preferred date & time of disconnection/turn-on
- Please note, you must be 18 years or older to apply for PECO Energy service.
- If you are a resident of the City of Philadelphia and need to apply for or disconnect natural gas service you must contact Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW).
- You can also connect or disconnect your service with Aqua Pennyslvania .
