Diversity Matters at Exelon


Our goal is to improve the retention of women at our company by 2020. To accomplish this, Exelon has established a partnership with UN’s Women’s HeForShe​. It’s time for an honesty about our industry: The energy sector is among the least gender-diverse industries in the nation. This needs to change, not just because a diverse workforce is good for business, but also because it’s the right thing to do.
