The activities at Power Team are focused on selling the power that we generate while prudently managing market, credit and operational risk.  Given the commodity nature of our business, we are consistently striving to manage the risks that we can in the near-term, to protect the value of our generation and to ensure that we will stand ready to participate in the longer-term upside.  Generally speaking, Power Team conducts a 36-month ratable hedge program that builds our hedged position until the point that we are over 90% hedged at the start of the coming year.  We use several channels to market within our hedging program and we choose the hedging products based on our generation portfolio.  In other words, we sell what we own.
