Directly supervise warehouse storeroom employees.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br> <br>1.
Implement initiatives designed to assure the highest levels of warehouse services; including scheduled and emergency/emergent site requests to support Exelon�s reliability and customer satisfaction goals.
Support client focused interface with the site to effectively align inventory management processes with engineering, work planning, outage management, and maintenance material needs.
Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, NRC regulations, and the site schedule.
Ensures department personnel are properly supervised, trained, and qualified to perform assignments <br>4.
Supervise warehouse management process that include, but not limited to: Material pick, issue, staging and return.
Manage open and working stock, cycle count, in-storage maintenance, and shelf life management, <br>5.
Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management, including initiation of disciplinary action, for assigned employees<br>6.
Ensure effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, etc.
to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees.
Support balancing cost control with site needs to meet service, cost and asset management needs <br>8.
Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned <br> </p>|
