Partners and collaborates to ensure effective and consistent execution of talent assessments and alignment with talent strategies.   Maintains strategic partnerships with external vendors (e. g. , Right Management and Vantage) ). </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Serves as a Talent Assessment subject matter expert  in the Talent Center of Excellence (COE). Work with partners to connect the dots on process, technology, culture, strategy and structure as it relates to talent assessments and tools at Exelon. Provide governance and oversight of all talent assessment tools leveraged for selection and development. Look for opportunities to continuously improve current tools, reports and processes to sufficiently support change to future state process. Help to oversee related and supporting technologies, look for ways to improve current systems and automate and streamline. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Leads for enterprise-wide governance/oversight of all talent assessments and tools � focused on ensuring selection and development of diverse, top talent.
