Energize your career at Exelon!<br><br><b> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</b> </font> <br><div><br><ul><br><li>Demonstrates a mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of Interior Structural Fire Brigade, Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, Incident Command and Permit Required Confined Space Rescue training programs. Responsible for development and delivery of classroom and hands on training in the above areas. Responsible for program management of one of the above programs. </li><br><li>Drives personnel performance improvement through training. Schedules, coordinates and conducts performance-based training programs as required in accordance with Exelon�s TSD model, departmental procedures and regulatory requirements. This includes �hands on� interior structural firefighting requiring the use of appropriate PPE as well as SCBA. Supervise all aspects of training activities and trainees. </li><br><li>Create, maintain and revise training materials as necessary, utilizing the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation process. Assures the training programs are maintained current, in accordance with regulations and incorporate information gained from: Federal and state regulations and requirements, INPO and Exelon significant operating experience reports, NRC circulars, bulletins, informational notices, plant design change and backfit information, plant procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, pertinent NFPA standards and industry pest practices. Create and maintain auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.  </li><br><li>Design and construct/have constructed training props, to provide realistic plant-like training opportunities for trainees. </li><br><li>Travel to other facilities to perform benchmarking, oversight activities, audits and assessments as required. </li><br><li>Supports the fleet in areas of business initiatives, project management, EP duties and special projects. </li></ul></div>
