CCTV, Access Control, intrusion detection & alarm systems, etc. ) for the Company�s regulated and significant operating facilities</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on electronic security systems by communicating to engineers, vendors/integrators, manufacturers, internal IT organization groups, business leads, and end users; provide all necessary coordination between internal and external groups</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Maintain security system operational controls and provide high-level core system troubleshooting expertise</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Pursue and implement corrective actions from hardware failure identification to isolate system and user errors, and recommend enhancements</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Act as a liaison to field operations, project managers, and Business Unit leadership in the areas of design and implementation of physical security systems, identifying and recommending electronic access control equipment, monitoring performance, and identifying synergy opportunities</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Support the security vulnerability assessment process by providing systems details, hardware recommendations, operational designs/enhancements and budget development</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>� Develop physical security standards for systems and operational support; implement system changes or upgrades<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Position Duties and Accountabilities</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Provide NERC program support activities, which include (but are not limited to) evidence management, self-assessment/certification, RSAW preparation, and audit presentation and support</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Support various security projects by providing design recommendations, vendor engagement during the bid process, and implementation, testing, commissioning, project close out, and turnover effort monitoring</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Drive operational support to corporate physical security systems, including the management of security integrator relationships, escalation of problem resolutions, and security operations center support, as needed.
