Energize your career at Exelon!<br><br><span style=""><font face=""arial","sans-serif"">PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION <br>Manages daily contract administration with business unit management; helps business unit manage work practice and organizational changes within CBA.
Manages grievance process, arbitrations, NLRB charges, collective bargaining negotiations and negotiations of various labor packages.
Manages staff of labor professionals.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br>-Interface with business unit management and local union leadership to assure continuous operations by providing guidance, interpretation, and direction regarding work within the CBA(s).
<br>-Manage the grievance process including regular and expedited arbitrations.
<br>-Develops strategies and conducts negotiations with local unions regarding work practice changes, and departmental re-organizations.
<br>-Manages labor research efforts.
<br>-Participates on various committees/task forces.
<br>-Manages the development and presentation of labor relations training.
