Sr Consultant, Business ContinuitySr Consultant, Business ContinuityFalseFalse215113https://exeloncorp.taleo.net/careersection/exelon_external/jobdetail.ftl?job=215113, https://exeloncorp.taleo.net/careersection/exelon_external/jobdetail.ftl?job=215113<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><strong>PURPOSE:</strong><br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Oversee and coordinate business continuity consulting, projects, planning, maintenance, training, and drill exercises for one or more major Business Units<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Lead design, testing, and maintenance of business process drills/exercises, recovery sites, emergency notifications, and crisis communications<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Manage and administer the business impact analysis process to prioritize business function recovery by assessing quantitative and qualitative impacts of potential disruptions; share results with key stakeholders<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Provide business continuity consulting, guidance, and recommendations to senior leadership</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Lead the assessment, development, and implementation of business continuity programs<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Lead the design and facilitation of tabletop and functional exercises; maintain recovery sites<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Develop and recommend solutions to risks identified during business impact analysis, site risk assessments, contingency planning, and other related mitigation activities<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Act as a liaison to all of Exelon�s Operating Companies impacted by actual or probable business disruptions and coordinate support team response, recovery, and logistical functions<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for crisis management on a rotational basis<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Develop and monitor metrics to ensure leadership awareness and ownership of Business Unit preparedness, while meeting service level agreements<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Manage budget for small projects, sub-projects, or process components<br><strong> <br>ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong><br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Administer the business impact analysis process.   Develop and recommend solutions to risks identified during business impact analysis, site risk assessments, contingency planning, and other related mitigation activities.   <br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Lead design, testing, and maintenance of drills/exercises, recovery sites, emergency notifications, and crisis communications<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, on a rotational basis, for crisis management and situational awareness.   Act as a liaison to Business Units impacted by anticipated and actual emergencies, and coordinate support team response, recovery, and logistical functions for select Business Units<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Deliver project management services for strategic initiatives within the team<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Mentor junior level team members on business continuity activities, project assignments, and career development<br></p>
