Direct bargaining employees engaged in the execution of scheduled and emergent work activities, to assure the highest levels of customer service in an effort to help achieve Exelon�s safety, reliability and performance goals.   Analyze make verses buy decisions for equipment and material. <br>2. Engage local union stewards to effectively facilitate the Collective Bargaining Agreement.   <br>3. Promote and maintain an environment that fosters a high performance culture.   Serve as a change agent for various business initiatives.   Provide timely feedback and, where warranted, recognition of employee contributions.   <br>4. Facilitates open and honest communication with staff.   Assures that upward communication is integrated into the process, including employees concerns and complaints.   Develop methods to assess communication effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives. <br>5. Establish, maintain and improve relationships with other departments within Exelon.   <br>6. Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned </p>
