Energize your career at Exelon! </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">The RE&F Project Manager supports and enables the Real Estate & Facilities strategy and corporate initiatives. The position is integral to Real Estate & Facilities occupancy and construction projects. The position serves as a principal contact with external resources and internal customers and stakeholders from initiation through project implementation to deliver effective and consistent Real Estate & Facilities project execution. The position must regularly interface across multi-disciplined teams and service providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of the project during any point in the project lifecycle. Responsible for scope, schedule, resources, budget, change management, and safety performance of multiple projects, within a given time frame and approved resources. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">1. Develop and manage detailed project plans for assigned projects, including occupancy projects that support workplace strategies and occupancy plans. Participate as a key member of, and/or manage projects to schedule, monitor, and control projects, including design, costs, schedules, resources, and risks. Review documentation and specifications to ensure consistency with intent, environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards. Actively interface with stakeholders & partners during project development and implementation. Work with Facilities Managers to ensure effective project turnover and closeout. Develop and deliver project status reports, including preparation of presentation materials. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">2. Maintain expertise in the use of CAFM software and utilize CAFM to support facilities analysis and utilization modeling for locations. Participate in the development of strategic facility occupancy plans. Create and/or modify AutoCAD files. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">3. Participate in the selection of project team members, project bid process/package and collaborate with Supply to scope, procure, and award project contracts. Administer and manage contracts related to project work. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">4. Perform financial analysis to support business cases to secure funding approval for projects. Report on project financial performance, including cash flow projections, savings or additional funding requirements. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">5. Establish policies and standards, implement processes, and reinforce adherence to standards across Exelon. </p>
