Support PECO CIO, VP IT Real Time Systems and Real Time Teams in all areas of responsibility: Financial Management and oversight of PECO IT and EU IT Real Time budgets, including project authorization, monthly close and long range planning; Monitoring and reporting of Performance Indicators for PECO and coordination across OpCo�s; Creation and submission of all Business Planning items. Serve as Liaison between OpCo Finance & Investment Strategy, BSC Finance, peer EU IT Planning Teams and EU Governance, Planning & Strategies. Collaborate with IT and Utility executive leadership teams in maintaining on-going partnerships with clients. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Management of current year Financial tracking & reporting for PECO and Real Time Teams � includes Baseline & Project budgets; requires guidance and review of monthly close process & variance analysis; includes report out to EU IT and BSC IT. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Facilitate and align IT investment planning, via monthly Project Authorization and Long Range Planning for IT Projects; work collaboratively with IT and Business Unit Teams. <br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with business and IT partners.   Communicate status and performance to key stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis. (EU, PECO Finance, PECO Leadership). Includes transparency in Project Execution via monthly status reports plus gathering and publication of monthly Performance Indicators (PI�s), with supporting commentary. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Provide coordination, support and deliverables related to emergent initiatives and special assignments for PECO CIO and/or EU IT. Likely to include sharing of business process expertise, focus on continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Manage IT Planning team and provide input to IT managers on performance of IT personnel to assist in performance evaluations, career development, and recognition. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>POSITION SCOPE <br>- Accountability for all PECO IT, and Real Time IT Budgets<br>- Responsible for identifying and/or processing offsets to reflect evolving and emergent needs of IT and BU�s<br>- Directly manages 2 to 3 employees, and between 1 and 6 consultants at any time<br>- Assists in development and execution of IT Strategies to enable significant business opportunities and/or solve problems. <br></p>
