</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Manage the Business Planning and Support team to support leadership in business planning, budget analysis, operational governance, oversight and support.
<br><br><br><br>Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES<br><br>Accountability<br><br>- Manage the business planning and support group to oversee business planning, benchmarking, operational governance process and ensure timely completion of various business analysis to support leadership.
<br><br>- Manage, coach and develop analysts in a high performance environment.
<br><br>- Manage cross-functional assignments or projects as appropriate.
<br><br>POSITION SPECIFICATIONS<br><br>Minimum: <br><br>- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative areas and 8-10 years + management experience or equivalent Internal or External - Experience (15 year + management experience) in business planning, project management, financial analysis<br><br>-10-15 years financial analysis and business planning experience in a fast paced work environment<br><br>-10-15 years managerial experience managing management employees in a highly analytical and multi-task environment.
<br><br>- Excellent Microsoft Access, Excel and Powerpoint skills to deliver presentations to senior executives.
<br><br>- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven abilities to communicate at all levels including senior executives.
<br><br>- Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills, and attention to detail, initiative and the ability to effectively manage change and successfully complete multiple tasks under constantly changing conditions.
