<br><br>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION <br>Manages, develops and oversees the implementation plans for the Exelon Nuclear Training technology strategy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br>- Develops and implements the training technology strategy and provides oversight of the implementation of Exelon training efficiency improvements related to e-learning (computer- and web-based training) and software/hardware technology upgrades.
<br>- Develops project management for implementation of fleet and multi-site training technology improvements.
<br>- Supports benchmarking initiatives and periodically helps to assess the effectiveness of technology implementation strategies.
<br>- Provides governance, oversight, and support of fleet qualification tracking processes <br>(i.
, PQD, PIMs) <br>- Supports station and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, EP duties and special projects.
<br>- Coordinates peer/working groups in areas of cognizance and promotes teamwork and collaboration between training and the line departments.
<br>- Performs supervisory duties for assigned personnel.
<br><br>POSITION SPECIFICATIONS <br>Minimum: <br>- BS/BA in an information technology discipline or education/training <br>-10+years of professional supervisory/management experience with 3+years of professional experience in the implementation of training programs using e-learning technology <br>- Experience in leading teams from multiple organizations in accomplishing diverse tasks and assignments <br>- Knowledge of Passport, LMS, WBT, Vision, and other IT/training interfaces <br>- Effective written and oral communication skills <br>Preferred: <br>- MS/MA in an information technology discipline or education/training <br>-5+years of professional experience in the implementation of training programs using e-learning technology <br>-4+ years of instructional or information technology experience <br>- Knowledge of and experience with the systematic approach to training (SAT)<br></font></div><br><div><font size="3"><br></font></div><br><div><font size="3">IND-1</font></div>|
